Preparing your tax with Northwest Accountancy
We want your tax return experience to be easy for you, so we ask you to be prepared for your appointment.
Prepare for your appointment:
Download these forms and have these presented to our tax expert.
Make sure you have everything before you come and meet with us to make it a smooth process.
You can also use the templates saved below to summarise your receipts before your appointment (instead of loading up all of the receipts, you can tally them).
Go to www.northwestaccountancy.com.au/tax and download the worksheets for Rental Properties, work receipts, or capital gains tax.
You can then bring these summaries with you, or email them to us before your appointment time.
On the appointment day:
Please note our office is located at 7/43 Balmoral Road, Karratha.
We would appreciate that if you can't make the appointment time, you let us know as soon as you can (even if it is 10 minutes before the appointment time). Do this by calling 9185 9400.
If you haven't submitted your Proof of Identity at a previous time, please have it ready. We will store that we have sighted these details and not require them from you again.
Once your appointment is complete, we will ask if you would like to sign the document electronically via our new digital signing service. There are no logins or passwords to remember.
Your tax return will be lodged only once signed and paid. If you have issues with either of these please let us know.
After the appointment:
Once the ATO has processed your tax return, you will receive your copy of the Notice of Assessment via email as well as any other documents we receive electronically on your behalf.
We have moved to a digital system so please let us know if you would still prefer paper copies of your documents.
You are also able to access any ATO correspondence on your MyGov account.
Terms & Conditions:
Please note that our terms and conditions for completing this work are shown below. Please read these terms and conditions carefully.
If you have any questions please don't hesitate to contact us via phone or email.
